| Brought up on the West Coast of Tasmania in Queenstown before attending the University of Tasmania, graduating with a BSc (Honours) majoring in Geology. Tim spent the first 13 years of his career in Mining and Exploration roles throughout Australia and South America with the RGC Group. After commencing work at the Pine Creek gold mine in the NT, Tim spent approximately 505 of his time in Mine Geology Roles and 50% in exploration and project development. He has been involved in mine development projects at Renison Bell and the Henty Gold Mine as well as project generation overseas in Bolivia and Chile. Tim completed a Masters of Economic Geology while working for Goldfields at the Henty Gold Mine. Tim commenced work as the Chief Geologist for Allegiance Metals at the Avebury Nickel Mine in early 2003, and is responsible for the feasibility study resource modelling as well as near mine exploration programs. He is currently involved in the project development in the same role. |
